8. Refund Policy
The processing fee of ₹899 is 100% refundable if your loan is not approved. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
